Q:Why should I choose A & P?

Q: How do I know you will do the job on time and for a fair price?
A: We try to get all jobs done on time but if we go overtime we only do that because the job must take more time. We refuse to cut corners. We charge by the job not by the hour so you know what the price is before we start.
Q:Do your installers and repair personal know what they are doing?
A: We only hired skilled comfort system installers, who do the job right the first time. Also as a requirement each employee must have at least 8 hours a year of continuing education. For most Trane dealers that is the standard. Not for us….that is just the beginning. We train at least one hour every two weeks. It helps that the owner of A & P was the trainer and technical advisor for Trane before coming to A & P.

Q: My heating and air bill is out of control, any tips?
A: First make sure your filter is clean. Then have us out for a maintenance check. If the system is that bad we will take the price of the maintenance off the price of the new system.
Q:We have one room in our house that is always colder or hotter than the others, why is this?
A: Most duct systems that carry air have leaks in them. This could be your problem. Our problem solver motor in the Trane XV80 or XV90 solves almost all of those issues.
Q:How often should I change my filter?
A: I have always heard that when you pay your electric bill you should change your filter. Course unless you have the Trane “Clean Effects” which you just pull out and hose off and put back in. No ongoing filters to buy and solves most dusting problems.
Q:I think I am allergic to something in my house, could a new air system help?
A: With the Trane “Clean Effects” and clean ducting YES!
